Information Blocking: Deadline for Sharing All EHI is October 6th. As of October 6th, the information blocking definition of EHI now includes ALL electronic protected health information in the designated record set to including any item, collection, or grouping of information that includes protected health information and is maintained, collected, used, or disseminated by or for a covered entity.
