Inland Empire Foundation for Medical Care
The Inland Empire Foundation For Medical Care (IEFMC) is a sister organization to the Riverside County Medical Association (RCMA). Since 1960, IEFMC has been owned and directed by the physicians in the Inland Empire to support the local physician community and the patients they serve. Current IEFMC Projects Include those below.

ACO Project: IEFMC Foundation Accountable Care Network® is physician-driven and controlled, and is dedicated to transparency and working corroboratively with physicians by supplying them with the data they need to provide high-quality, cost-effective patient care and a Community Care Network supporting ACO patients.

Dual-Eligible Project: IEFMC works in collaboration with Inland Empire Health Plan to improve clinical and financial outcomes for IEHP’s Dual-Eligible direct members by providing a population management tool, provider education and workflow coaching.


Hospital Emergency Entrance

Maddy EMS Fund: In cooperation with RCMA and the County of Riverside, IEFMC is the administrator of the Maddy/Emergency Medical Services Fund (EMSF) program which reimburses physicians for unpaid emergency room based claims.

PPO Network: IEFMC PPO network covers Riverside and San Bernardino Counties and is comprised of over 2,000 physicians, ancillary providers and 20 hospitals in the Inland Empire.
