Comprehensive Practice Optimization Series

Healthcare delivery is complex and small to mid-size primary care and specialty practices are challenged

Practicing medicine in today’s healthcare environment is far more difficult than it appears on the surface. RCMA and IEFMC are dedicated to helping physicians optimize their medical practices through a solution-oriented approach that progressively introduces a series of rational insights for both newly-minted and seasoned physicians who are struggling to stay afloat in a sea of complexity.

In sharp contrast to a relatively small number of practices that are well-organized and performing at the highest quality deciles across the board, the majority of healthcare providers are often ill equipped to run their practices effectively and efficiently. To succeed, practices must shift their focus to team-based-care, a structured, fully integrated collaborative approach for methodically working together to optimize outcomes for their patients.

The Patient Who Swallowed the MouseOur Practice Optimization Series is a 6-part program based on the The Patient Who Swallowed A Mouse parable. Each Workbook serves as the foundation for dynamic interactive learning sessions that focus on specific practice needs. Registration fee includes The Patient Who Swallowed A Mouse book and the 6 Workbooks.

This unique program includes surveys, challenges and thought-provoking exercises designed to heighten awareness and provide foundational evidence and insights for practice transformation.

This Practice Optimization Series can be coupled with a customized RCMA/IEFMC individualized practice support program. This unique strategy provides boots on the ground in-office support that builds upon the Workbook series and integrates RCMA/IEFMC business partners in an affordable manner for enabling practices in need to jump-start their journey to success.
