RCMA Mourns the Passing of Larry H. Couture, M.D. March 25, 2026 RCMA 0 Riverside County Medical Association (RCMA) is deeply saddened to announce the passing of longtime member and respected physician, Larry H. Couture, M.D. Dr. Couture dedicated his entire medical career to serving the Inland Empire community. A graduate of Loma Linda University School of Medicine, he completed his residency at San Bernardino County Medical Center and went on to become Board Certified in Family Medicine. He later established his own practice in Riverside, where he faithfully cared for patients for more than two decades. Throughout his career, Dr. Couture was known for his commitment to compassionate, community-centered care. His legacy continues through his family, as his sons now also serve the Inland Empire as physicians. Dr. Couture was a devoted member of organized medicine, maintaining membership with California Medical Association (CMA) since 1993 and Riverside County Medical Association since 1999.
